Please read our refund policy carefully before using the software. By using a product from Studio 4Reality, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1- Final sale

We would like to emphasize that all license purchases for 4Reality are considered final sales. This means that we generally do not process refunds once the transaction has been completed.

2- Free version

The 4Reality Designer version is free for both personal and commercial use.

3- Paid licenses

The Pro and Advanced licenses offer advanced features in presentation and simulation. These versions are available through monthly or annual subscriptions. Subscription transactions are managed by the transactional website. http://www.paddle.com. Aucune information transactionnelle est conservée sur les serveurs de Studio 4Reality.

Subscriptions renew automatically.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. In this case, the license will remain available until the date when the next payment would have been due.

Only one (1) subscription is active per email address at a time. In the case of a subscription level change, the new subscription takes effect immediately. The unused portion of the previous subscription is non-refundable.

4- Exceptions

While our general policy is not to issue refunds after purchase, we acknowledge that there may be exceptional circumstances. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to specific circumstances, please contact us. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and make a decision based on the specific circumstances
