2- Use of 4Reality

Notre site Internet offre des informations et la possibilité de télécharger le logiciel 4Reality. La version 4Reality Designer vous octroie une licence d’utilisation gratuite pour usage personnel et commercial. Les versions 4Reality Pro et 4Reality Advanced peuvent être activées via un système d’abonnement mensuel ou annuel. L’abonnement peut être créé et géré à partir de l’onglet « Compte » dans le logiciel 4Reality.

Users of 4Reality agree to use it in an ethical and responsible manner. Therefore, we would like to emphasize the following restrictions regarding the use of our software:

No Violence or Harm : 4Reality must not, under any circumstances, be used to encourage, promote, participate in, or celebrate physical violence or harm towards individuals, property, or groups based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic. The use of the software for such purposes is strictly prohibited.
  2. Sexual or Illegal Content It is also strictly prohibited to use 4Reality to produce, distribute, or share explicit sexual content or illegal material.
  3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations : Users are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards when using 4Reality. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright laws, data protection, and privacy regulations.
  4. Individual Responsibility Each user is individually responsible for their use of 4Reality and the consequences of that use. The 4Reality team reserves the right to take appropriate actions in the event of a violation of these restrictions, including terminating access to the software or pursuing legal remedies.

The use of the 4Reality software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA). The agreement is available during the software installation or can be provided upon request.
